Dale Tice was VERY RUDE to me and my fiancee when we attempted to rent a home from Tice Realty. DO NOT RENT/BUY FROM THIS REALTOR! Trust me! I ended up using Chris Graham and Graham Realty. Very respectfull man and got me and my fiancee into a 2 room home with 5 achers of land for a great price
Dale has been awesome. I am an out of state person moving to Arkansas and she was knowledgeable, professional, and available.
